The scouts are active members of a movement called Scouting. This is a non-formal educational movement in which young people participate in voluntary and non-political. The ultimate goal of this movement is to make a contribution to the development of youth and society, starting with their own community. Scouts, through their activities, seek to promote a comprehensive and integrated development through a supplementary to formal education and family.
